Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
Hosting logs are retained for one year.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to ten years.
What rights you have over your data
You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Please use the contact form for any such requests.

We are located in the United States. Our web site is hosted in the United States as well. By using this website, you understand and consent to the collection, storage, processing, and transfer of your information to our facilities in the United States and those third parties with whom we share it as described in this policy.

We may receive data from Google AdWords if you came to our website from an ad. We may also receive data from Google Analytics if you came to our website via a search or another website.
A. Notice/Awareness
MCM Web Solutions, LLC’s privacy policy link will be clearly visible on the home page: www.mcmwebsite.com. Cookies are used only by Google Analytics. The only personal information outside of IP addresesses collected at this time is through the “Contact Us” email form. This information includes name, email address, and any information entered in the subject and message fields of the “Contact Us” form. Only those users that choose to enter their information through this form will have their personal information collected, outside of server logs and statistics, kept by MCM Web Solutions, LLC’s host, which do not contain personally identifiable information other than IP addresses.
Google and any other linked sites are not the responsibility of MCM Web Solutions, LLC and have their own privacy policies. When changes are made to this privacy policy, notice will be posted on http://www.mcmwebsite.com.
B. Choice/Consent
By entering personally identifiable information, the user is granting MCM Web Solutions, LLC rights to its use. Any user that has entered his/her personal information will be able to update or delete by making a follow-up request through the “Contact Us” email form. If a user deletes or changes his/her information, only the new information will be kept.
C. Integrity/Security
While no personally identifiable information is kept online other than IP addresses, it is technically possible for it to be intercepted in transit since email by its very nature an insecure medium, and as such, no guarantees can be made to the privacy of any information entered in the “Contact Us” email form. Only authorized MCM Web Solutions, LLC personnel will be allowed access to user information outside of the above disclaimer.
D. Access/Participation
MCM Web Solutions, LLC collects certain information from users of its site. The only personal information collected at this time are IP addresses and any data entered in the “Contact Us” email form. This information includes name, email address, phone number and any information entered in the subject and message fields of the “Contact Us” form. Aside from IP addresses, only those users that choose to enter their information through this form will have their personal information collected.
All personally identifiable information collected is kept for the exclusive use of MCM Web Solutions, LLC and is not sold, rented, or otherwise released to any third parties, with the exception of law enforcement requests as legally necessary (e.g. subpoenas). MCM Web Solutions, LLC reserves the right to use the information collected via the contact form in its database for its own marketing purposes.
